At Lids Access Pass, we want you to love your headwear and apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you can shop with total confidence.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your Access Pass account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Print Shipping Label

    Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with original tags attached.

  • 3.
    Drop Off Package

    Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your nearest participating Lids retail store.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement gear will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
